Shipping

We are working with our delivery partner to ensure that all deliveries are made on time. however, our usual despatch times may be extended slightly to take into account a reduced workforce. Our current dispatch is 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday) but orders usually go out in less time than that.

Once an order leaves our unit it is fully tracked via DPD so we are not responsible for loss of items. Please make arrangements for someone to be home to receive the parcel or divert to a safe place or neighbour. Parcels stolen from doorsteps are not our responsibility.

Collections

Due to the new lockdown restrictions put in place orders for collection from our unit will need to be pre-arranged with a collection time slot. Due to the increased number of collection requests and and trying to organise time slots we have temporarily changed this service to Fridays only. Any orders made for collection will only be available for collection on the following Friday. We will email to arrange a time slot. You will be required to wear a mask and we will bring the order out to you.

Standard Delivery

Our standard UK shipping rate is £5.95 via DPD courier. It is a next day service so once despatched your order should arrive the following day.

Issues and delays with couriers can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service of our couriers please get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are no fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit.
