Refund Policy

Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, with a further 16 days to return the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received and original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Once your return has been accepted instructions on how to return your package will be emailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will automatically be returned to sender.

Return postage cost is at the expense of the customer.

Damages: Any damages or issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order along with photographic evidence of the issue.


Refunds: You will receive a refund on the product once it has been received by us and we are satisfied that it complies with our returns policy.

We do not accept refunds on the basis of not liking a scent. all scents are subjective and what one may like another may not this is why we have a range of scents to choose from. You may return and exchange this oil but this will be at your own expense.

If the product has been used we will not accept return of the product.

It is your responsibility to return the product for us to receive in perfect condition, ie packaging well to avoid any leaks or damage, if the product is received by us damaged in transit or is not received it will be up to you to contact your courier to cover the loss.

Exchanges: You may exchange your product as long as conditions of product are as stated above (unused & original state) customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping for exchanges unless otherwise agreed in the case of a 'wrong' item sent by us.
